For 50 years the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha has played an important role in conserving plant biodiversity, protecting valuable living collections and inspiring an appreciation for the natural world. It has also long been a place where people have connected with nature and created lasting memories with family and friends. Celebrate this rich history with a picnic in the gardens and learn about some of the teams and organisations that work both internally and externally to make the gardens what it is today.
