About
Now in its 16th year, the Walk for Awareness by the Mental Awareness Foundation brings together thousands of people to honour the 9 lives lost to suicide every day and to walk together for better mental health in Australia. Every step on the Walk for Awareness is an opportunity to remember, reflect, and to help us achieve a fundraising goal of $150,000 for mental health programs. So get your friends, family, work colleagues together and join us for a morning of connection, purpose and community as we walk towards better mental health - one step at a time.
